A Russian Mafia boss was caught on camera having sex with his 'human rights laywer' - in his jail cell. The lifestyle of the crime boss has caused an angry reaction in Russia after he was seen getting regular sex visits from a blonde woman who was supposed to be a human rights activist.

The secret video footage was taken by penitentiary bosses checking up on the activities of the young woman, who was supposed to be checking on whether a convicted criminal was being properly looked after and was happy with his jail conditions.

Guards had noticed that the meetings between the pair had been taking longer than usual and had decided to investigate. In the clip, the woman is seen hugging the Mafia boss before stripping off and getting down to business with him on his bed.

And critics,who watched the footage after it was posted online by local media, also slammed the way that the man seemed to be living in a bedroom that could have been in any Russian house.

There are paintings hanging on the wall, a coffee table and chair, and even a comfortable-looking wooden bed, instead of the usual metal-frame standard prison issue.

The man, who has not been named, is jailed in a prison in the Sverdlovsk Oblast region in central Russia for his connections to organised crime.

A prison spokesman said: "It was noted that their counselling sessions seemed to take rather longer than usual."
